We will contact you right after submitting your request, via the form below or per e-mail, to schedule a meeting in person.
Collaborating on a friendly basis is particularly important for us to be able to tell your story in the most authentic way.
That is why the first meetup is always free and without obligation.
We will meet for a coffee, either via Videochat or in person, and go through all the details of your wedding.
We want to explain to you our process and how we work and would also love to get a little bit of information about you and your story.
After knowing more about you and your special day, we can send you a precise offer for your wedding.
If you decide for us, we will have you sign our contract so we are able to reserve the date just for you.
Once the contract is signed, we could arrange a date for a Pre-Wedding-Shoot, if requested.
Location would be our Vienna based studio or in nature.
Many clients use these pictures for their invitation or their save-the-date cards.
We would love to check out the wedding location with you beforehand to get an overview of the general lighting, future decorations and possible photo locations.
1-2 weeks prior to the wedding, you will get a call from us so we can review the plan and discuss potential alterations.
On wedding day, we will arrive a little earlier so we can set up equipment and catch some preparation shots.
Usually, we stay until the DJ starts spinning, but we can stay for longer if you want us to.
About 2 weeks after the wedding, you will get your finished photos and/or video, delivered as an online gallery to share with your guests and on an USB-Drive in a wooden box, together with the best shots printed in 10x15cm.

When shall we book?
It depends on your date.
Weekends are mostly booked months prior during wedding season.
Getting instant appointments is easier in winter or in off-season in general.
Booking your photographer/videographer should not be the last thing you want to do.
What if your camera strikes?
We carry replacement for every important piece of equipment with us at any time.
That’s why you are booking a professional.
How many photos do we get?
That depends on many factors:
How many people attend the wedding? How much is happening? How many locations? How long are we booked for?
In general, you can expect 400-500 shots, if you book a full day.
What happens if one of your crew gets sick?
Fortunately, that never happened before.
If that should happen, we are connected with a lot of talented colleagues and we will for sure find a proper replacement.
And, of course, we will return your deposit.
